The owners of Point Cook Play and Learn Child Care Centre & Montmorency Sherbourne Rd, Early Learning Centre are Kaye and Les Williams, former primary school teachers of 20 years experience, and child care centre owners and on-site professionals for the past 13 years.
We are active, Melbourne owners who provide quality care for all children and families based on their extensive experience and educational knowledge.

Michelle Thomas is the area Manager with over 20 year’s experience.  Michelle is an endorsed quality trainer for NCAC and has been an experienced   centre director for over 10 years. Michelle has worked in out-back rural Centre's in Queensland, privately owned and community Centre's as well as Nanning. Michelle has spent 5 years as a Validator for the National Accreditation Council, a highly responsible role in the child care field, and has a consultation service in the early childhood field.
This is a great asset for our staff with in servicing and training.
